These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as GTC) govern the relationship between Häny AG and the customer. These GTC are an integral part of any agreement between Häny AG and the customer.
For machines and systems:
24 months, at maximum 30 months from delivery ex works or report that product is ready for shipping, in any other case according to the most recent version of the "General terms and conditions for machines and systems" by SWISSMEM.
For revisions and spare parts:
12 months, at maximum 18 months from delivery ex works or report that product is ready for shipping, in any other case according to the most recent version of the "General terms and conditions for machines and spare parts" by SWISSMEM.
SWISSMEM terms and conditions of delivery represent and integral part of this document. The following has been explicitly excluded from warranty:
1. Costs incurred from the direct use of a component subject to warranty (transport and travelling expenses, accommodation, disassembly and assembly costs as well as any other third-party costs),
2. Wear parts, such as shaft seals and cutting systems (list is not exhaustive).
While the prices contained in our proposals and order acknowledgements are binding, major errors and technical modifications are reserved.
Delivery or shipment is at the expense and risk of the customer. A surcharge of CHF 25.00 applies to small orders up to CHF 250.00. This surcharge is waived for orders in excess of CHF 250.00. Unless otherwise noted on the customer order, Häny AG reserves the right to make partial or complete shipments.
Our prices are in Swiss francs ex Jona plant and do not include VAT. Payable net 30 days. Any delivered goods remain the property of Häny AG until payment has been made in full.
All obligations arising in connection herewith are subject to Swiss law. Place of performance and exclusive jurisdiction is Jona.
